The large, modern apartments had great views and were in a fantastic location. The reception staff were polite and very helpful with our multiple requests throughout our stay.

I recently stayed at Madeira Gems for a week-long vacation. From the moment I arrived, the experience was excellent. A taxi was waiting at the airport to transfer me to the apartment, which was beautifully appointed and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, being just a short walk from the marina and shops. One of the best things was that I had access to all the facilities of the neighboring Madeira Hotel, including the rooftop swimming pool, bar, and restaurant. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in Madeira.

This place has a fantastic location, near the shopping center, the ocean, the old town, the port and the bus terminal, and there are also shops nearby. The room amenities include a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a microwave.

The location was perfect, right across from a beautiful garden square and close to all the main attractions. the apartment had a great terrace with stunning views, and it was spacious with all the amenities we needed. the welcome treat was a nice surprise, and the staff at reception were extremely helpful and friendly. A taxi was waiting for us at the airport, and we had access to all the facilities of the nearby hotel.

The apartment had some tech features that took a while to figure out, and we couldn't activate the air conditioning system. the entrance to the building felt unsafe, as it was on a narrow street with no pedestrian walkway.

Stayed in a cozy apartment with a balcony, free WiFi, and a well-equipped kitchen. Enjoyed a buffet breakfast and had easy access to the city center. Cons: Sleeping with earplugs was a great fashion statement.

the location was excellent, just a short walk to the sea and the La Vie shopping center. Check-in was easy at Hotel Madeira, and the staff were extremely helpful. Luis and the other staff members were always available to assist with any questions. the apartment itself was perfect - spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable. the bedroom window faced a quiet street, so it wasn't noisy. I would definitely stay here again. Cons: Could not be improved in any way 😊.
